Section 8-10 of the Companies Act.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The allowance can be approved both with effect for a period that has been and with effect for a period in the future. It has become more and more common to approve board fees in advance so that there is no uncertainty as to whether it will be approved.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The board fee must not be registered, neither in the dCompany platform nor in the Br\u00f8nn\u00f8ysund registers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remuneration for board members , deputy members and observers is determined by the general meeting, cf.
