It is not required by law for unlisted companies to have an election committee, and most companies therefore do not have one.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Normally, it is the general meeting that appoints the election committee. We have assumed that this is also the case for this company.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Election of members to the election committee is registered in the role register of dCompany.
