Section 11-2 of the Companies Act. The general meeting can, however, <a href=\"https:\/\/dcompany.no\/funksjoner\/fullmakter\/\">authorize<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/dcompany.no\/funksjoner\/styreportal\/\">the board<\/a> to decide on such admission, cf. Section 11-8 of the Companies Act.
