The person who has received a power of attorney is often referred to as a power of attorney. This person is authorized to act on behalf of the company in everything related to its operation, cf. Section 1 of the Power of Attorney Act.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The power of attorney cannot, without express authorization, transfer or encumber the company&#8217;s immovable property or movable property that can be registered in the ship register or the aircraft register, or act on its behalf in legal proceedings.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The board&#8217;s decision to grant power of attorney must be registered both in the dCompany platform (the role register) and in the Br\u00f8nn\u00f8ysund registers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prokura is a form of comprehensive authorization that the board of a company can give to one or more people.
