What is dCompany?
dCompany is a Norwegian service for lightning-fast administration of shareholders, board work, general meetings and formal changes in limited companies.
The platform retrieves data from both the Brønnøysund registers and the Swedish Tax Agency and helps you always have available and up-to-date information about the company and shareholders.

Developed by experts in law and technology
dCompany consists of experienced economists, lawyers and technologists. Camilla Aarøe Hellebust is general manager (second degree with executive MBA from NHH in financial management and management) who headed the business management section at Statsbygg before she joined dCompany. CBO Jan Grønbech has worked for 25 years with digital transformation, including as head of Google Norway for 15 years. Jens Naas-Bibow, with extensive experience as a partner in Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, also sits in the management. The founders of dCompany are CTO Naimdjon Takhirov , PhD, with experience from the Norwegian Mapping Authority and the Swedish Tax Agency in digitization of work processes, and Harald Hellebust , who is a partner in Advokatfirmaet Wiersholm, and who has felt the need for dCompany’s services first-hand for a number of years.
