Change statutory signature

Although the board can normally assign a signature, it may be that the rules on signature and who has it appear in the articles of association. Changing such a signature attached to the articles of association requires a decision by the general meeting , which is approved by a majority as for an amendment to the articles of association, i.e. normally with at least 2/3 of both represented votes and capital at the general meeting.

The decision to change the statutory signature must be registered both on the dCompany platform (the role register and the statutes ) and in the Brønnøysund registers.
