Introduce a framework for the number of board members in the articles of association

The articles of association may contain restrictions on how large the board should be. There is no longer any requirement that the articles of association contain such a restriction.

The decision to introduce a framework in the articles of association for the size of the board must be made with a majority as for an amendment to the articles of association, i.e. normally with at least 2/3 of both represented votes and capital at the general meeting .

The decision to change the articles of association must be registered both in the dCompany platform and in the Brønnøysund registers.
