The board normally assigns a signature through a board resolution . Where the signature right appears in the articles of association, this must be removed by an amendment to the articles of association. The decision to amend the articles of association normally requires approval from at least 2/3 of both represented votes and capital at the general meeting.
The decision to change the articles of association by removing a signature right must be registered both in the dCompany platform and in the Brønnøysund registers.
